Prepaid service fees are refunded pro rata for the unused portion of the service period. Advertising spend is the only non-refundable amount.
How the pro rata refund works
If a prepaid management or service fee covers time that has not been used, the unused portion is refunded in proportion to that unused time. Fees already earned for the time used are not refunded.
Advertising spend
Money spent on advertising is separate from the monthly management fee and is the only non-refundable amount. Ad spend already paid to advertising platforms is not refunded.
Lead quantities
A pro rata refund of unused service time is not a remedy for an unmet lead target. Lead quantities on this website are targets unless a written agreement expressly guarantees a quantity and states the conditions and remedy.
